🔹 Returns

Due to the nature of ayurvedic, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Product missing from the package

📌 To be eligible:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Clear unboxing video/photos are mandatory

🔹 Refunds

Once your complaint is verified, we will initiate a refund in the following manner:

COD Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI / Bank Transfer

Refund amount will be credited within 3–5 business days

After Pickup Buy Our Courier Partner .

Usually Our Return Courier Charges Are Nill.

🔹 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Customer changes mind after delivery

Incorrect address provided by customer

Order refused at the time of delivery

Delay caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances

Minor color/packaging variations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
